Dr. Bagley is a distinguished educator and leader with 22 years of experience in curriculum development, teacher training, and instructional technology. She holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a Master’s in Educational Administration, and a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies/Reading. Throughout her career, she has served as a Technology Integration Math Specialist, STEM Teacher Development Specialist, and RTI Teacher Development Specialist, leading professional development, enhancing technology integration, securing multiple grants, and driving improvements in science and math across several campuses that were targeted for improvement. Her expertise has facilitated collaborations with Rice University, Carnegie Mellon’s National Robotics Engineering Center, and Houston Community College. Recognized for her contributions to STEM education, teacher coaching, and leadership development, Dr. Bagley has earned numerous accolades, including Teacher of the Year, Outstanding Young Educator, and HAABSE Educator.
