About me
Dr. Stephanie Baker is a Research Associate on the STEM Evaluation Services team within the Expanding Pathways in Computing (EPIC) unit at the Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) at The University of Texas at Austin. She conducts research studies and internal and external evaluations of STEM and STEM education programs, including the NSF Computing Educator Diversity Initiative (CEDI), NSF DesignSafe Cyberinfrastructure, and CDC epiENGAGE projects. Her work is informed by her expertise in data collection instrument design and implementation and developing actionable insights from structured and unstructured data, as well as her interests in promoting systemic change for equity in STEM fields and applying machine learning methods to people research.
